Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Trailwise Atlas and the use of our downloadable route notes, maps, GPX tracks, and planning documents.
Store use
Use the store lawfully, provide accurate order information, and do not interfere with checkout, security, or delivery systems. You must be legally able to purchase digital content in your location.
License and restrictions
A purchase grants the personal or commercial use stated in the kit license. Unless expressly permitted, source files may not be redistributed, resold, uploaded to a public route repository, used in a competing map product, or supplied as part of paid guiding materials.
No safety guarantee
Routes and conditions can change. Files are planning references rather than real-time instructions, professional guiding, or emergency advice. You accept responsibility for official checks, weather, access permission, equipment, competence, and decisions made outdoors.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted after payment confirmation and issue of access. We may cancel and refund an obvious pricing error, duplicate transaction, unavailable product, or order reasonably associated with fraud.
Service limits
Temporary interruption, map-source changes, and third-party app compatibility may be outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Trailwise Atlas is not responsible for indirect losses, field decisions, injury, or device failure resulting from use beyond the stated purpose of the files.
Mandatory rights
