GPX and PDF support
Tell us the device or app name, its version, the file involved, and the exact import message. We can help with supplied files but cannot configure every third-party navigation product.
Route-condition reports
If a public access point, closure, or route note appears outdated, send the edition name, location, observation date, and a link to an official source where available. Never rely on email for urgent safety information.
Privacy requests and timing
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@trailwiseatlas.com. Support is reviewed on business days and normally answered within two business days.
